Now it’s time to reveal the dish name and that is Spaghetti with Garlic Olive Oil and Red Pepper Flakes.
Ingredients you will be needed:
* Spaghetti – 1 Pound (Dried)
* Garlic – 3 Cloves (Peeled)
* Extra Virgin Garlic Olive Oil – ½ Cup
* Red Pepper Flakes – 1 Tablespoon (More If Desired)
* Italian Flat-leaf Parsley – ¼ Cup (Chopped)
* Fresh Basil Leaves – 1 Tablespoon (Chopped)
* Fresh Mint Leaves – 1 Tablespoon (Chopped)

Preparation Time: 25 Minutes

Direction for Cook:

Bring a large pot and boil 6 quarts of salted water. Add pasta inside it and cook for 6-8 minutes. Use a colander and drain pasta with it. Reserve 2 table spoons of pasta water. It will be later used to create the sauce. Remember, don’t rinse the pasta with water or the sauce will not stick to it. Take a large sauté pan and heat garlic olive oil over medium heat in it. Then add the garlic cloves and sauté until they get slight brown in color and fragrant. Don’t burn them. Remove the garlic from olive oil and add the red pepper flakes and sauté for 1 minute. Carefully add the drained pasta water and stir well to combine. Now, finally add the spaghetti into the pan and mix well for 1-2 minutes.

Remove the pan from heat and top with chopped fresh herbs. Serve as hot.
